I am not computer savvy so please keep any suggestions simple. I have uninstalled and re-installed, rebooted, turned off my router and am out of ideas. Please check your connection.' Obviously I do have internet connection. When I go onto the problem computer and open TeamViewer, it allows me to open the program and it begins to connect to TeamViewer (shows the yellow circle saying connecting to TeamViewer) then it ends up with a red circle saying 'Not ready. Recently, I have not been able to access one of the kids computers. I have TeamViewer (free version) installed on 4 computers (work, home, and two kids computers) I previously have been, able to access all of them from anywhere. I thought the host app on my Mini kept a port open or something like that. I have the latest version of TeamViewerHD installed on my iPad and the updated TeamViewer Host on my 2010 Mini. It says “not ready, please check your connection” but on the windows laptop it works fine. The problems is, that on the Mac and the iPhone, the TeamViewer doesn’t work.
